It's now just 2 weeks until the anniversary of the day you left us. I keep going over and over in my mind, the feelings of dread we experienced, watching you deteriorate. It all just feels unbearable at the moment - there's a huge Helen-shaped hole in my life that can never be filled. I love you and I miss you, so much xxxxx
